India is refusing to have any Pak-Indo joint investigation

United Nations Jan 11 (NNI) The fear of letdown in adoption  due to  lack of support from three important Permanent UN Security Council members India had to bent down and consider something else in realizing  their declared threat  of war on Pakistan.

To justify their alleged claim of Pakistan based Kashmir freedom movements involvement in attacking the Indian Parliament on Dec 13. India was planning to move the issue at the UN Security Council. The United States had also got a resolution adopted by the UN Security Council before taking any action in Afghanistan.

India is refusing to have any Pak-Indo joint investigation ,  At the same time,  India also rejected the offer by the US Federal Bureau of Investigation FBI to look into the matter. India was trying to contemplate a military action with the consent of  the international community said a diplomat.

India forego the significance of UN and wants the settlement on Simla pact only said the diplomat, he said after not complying with the approved UNSC resolutions of Kashmir Plebiscite how would India consider themselves eligible to seek help from the same Security Council

Sources said the US , UK and French governments would not comply to  India’s request, whereas, Russia India’s strongest ally could  propose to put up the draft before UNSC.  Talking to NNI Suresh Mehta the official of Indian Mission to the UN , avoided to confirm such Indian move "We will opt every option" verified Mehta

China also was  understood to abstain , but it was clear that China will not be in a position to veto the resolution. As, China has merged its support in fight against international terrorism with calls for enhanced regional cooperation to subdue domestic ''terrorists''

China, the old friend of Pakistan, has been careful to stand on neutral ground in the latest row between the South Asian rivals, sparked by a bloody attack on India's parliament last month Chinese Permanent Representative to the UN  is likely to repeat what has become a mantra for China since their crisis began "Both sides should hold their fire and resolve the dispute at the negotiating table".
