The reason of sharing
this information with our community is two fold:- 1) We like to have 100% transparency when we spend funds on behalf of our community and sponsors. 2) This will help other organizations in Riyadh to know the estimates should they like to offer similar arrangements. The event was 100% free of any charge / ticket to CP community . All arrangements were sponsored by J&J. Statement of accounts presented to Johnson & Johnson along with all the invoices. Copies of the invoices kept for record and can be produced upon request. All arrangements were for 100 community members to attend the seminar in a 5 start hotel conference hall with catering arrangements made by Saadeddin Pasty.
