Date: 18th November 2005
Time: From 3pm to 7pm - You may come a bit early and pray Asr at the hotel.
Venue: Riyadh Palace Hotel 

The event will be at Riyadh Palace Hotel, located in heart of Riyadh. If you are not sure of the location then check out The Map. The banquet hall is on the first floor. Easy access is that when you enter from the main door into hotel lobby, you will observe staircase right in front of you across the lobby. Just hop up and you will find Contact Pakistan right there. In case you are lost and need help then call xxxxxxxxx and you will be assorted to the hall.

3:00pm - 3:30pm Registration and Med. tests conducted by qualified female nurses. It is strictly time controlled item so please be on time.

Tests will be only conducted in the given time.

Prayer Break

Male Guests will move to the nearby mosque a couple of minutes walk. Ladies may pray in the provided sitting area.

 
Refreshments Refreshment with tea / coffee served right after prayers. The refreshment stations are based outside the hall next to tea / coffee serving counter. For ladies separate serving stations will be available while tea / coffee will be served at the counter upon request. Tea and coffee will be available throughout the seminar at the serving counter. If you like sweeteners of your choice then please bring along we will provide nutrasweet.
