Cooking with
Exclusive Recipe

Cheese Cake

1\4 cup butter
2 cups crushed digestive biscuits,
- 2 large ripe mangoes
- 3 oz packet mango or pineapple flavored gelatin ( such as jell-o brand)
- 1 1\2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
- 1 tsp. tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 2 8-oz pkgs. Philadelphia brand cream cheese
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla essence

How to Cook:
1. Lightly oil a 9 inches (24cm) spring release cake tin. Line the base with greaseproof paper and grease the paper.
Make the Base:
2. Mix together the melted butter and biscuit crumbs. Press the crumb mixture into the base of the prepared pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Make the Filling:
3. With a sharp knife, peel the mangoes and scrap the flesh from the stone. Discard the stone and chop or mash the flesh.
4. Boil 1\2 cup water in a small saucepan, remove from heat, add jelly, gelatin, lemon juice and sugar, stir to mix and keep aside for 3 minutes. Return the saucepan over low heat and stir until gelatins and sugar is dissolved. Cool slightly, add mango flesh then refrigerate until thickened but not set, stirring occasionally.
5. Put the cheese in a large bowl and beat with an electric beater until smooth, about 2 minutes. With a balloon mixer fold the cooled mango mixture into the cheese.
6. Working quickly, in another bowl beat cream and vanilla until, it is the same consistency as the cheese mixture. Then lightly fold in the cheese mixture. Pour into the biscuit crust and refrigerate or chill until set, about 6-8 hours.
7. Carefully remove the sides of the cake tin then using a blade knife or spatula loosen the base and slide the cake off the base onto the serving plate. Decorate with mango slices, if wished.

Driver using his mobile
'quadruple crash danger'

Drivers are four times more likely to crash when using mobile phones, even if they use hands-free kits, experts say.
They reached their estimates by looking at the phone bill records of 456 drivers needing hospital treatment after road crashes in Perth, Australia.
In the UK it is illegal to use a hand-held mobile phone while driving.
Safety campaigners say the University of Western Australia study in the British Medical Journal shows the rules should apply to hands-free phone use.

Crash comparisons

For each driver, the researchers assessed phone use immediately before a crash and on trips at the same time of day 24 hours, three days, and seven days before the crash for comparison.  Mobile phone use in the 10 minutes before a crash was associated with a four-fold increased likelihood of crashing.
This was irrespective of whether the driver was using a hand-held or hands-free phone. Similar results were found for the interval up to five minutes before a crash. Author Suzanne McEvoy and colleagues from the University of Western Australia said: "More and more new vehicles are being equipped with hands-free phone technology. "Although this may lead to fewer hand-held phones used while driving in the future, our research indicates that this may not eliminate the risk.

I just renewed by car registration. Following are few tips to help others.

How much total time you need?
The processing time is not more than 30 minutes rest it depends on your turn. Go early morning to finish the whole process within 1 hour. Some offices would not accept the papers if not presented by the owner of the vehicle.

What Papers do you need?
1) Original Istimarah (Blue copy)
2) Copy of the owner's Iqama
3) MVPI (
Motor Vehicle Periodical Inspection) results Original and one Copy
4) All above in a transparent plastic folder
You do not require your sponsor's letter or any other paper.

How much is the Fee?
SR:300 plus SR:100 fine if your registration is expired for more than a week.
Take exact amount, some times at receiving window they do not have change.

Where to go?
You need to check the nearest traffic police office. Almost all traffic police offices have facility to renew. The office during summer opens at 7:30AM. Be there around 7AM to avoid delays. Once the gate opens, go to the queuing ticket machine and get your number. Wait for your turn till your number is displayed (called). The officer will check your papers and will keep all the papers and will request for the fee. He will request you to wait till called. It takes around 30 minutes till he calls your name and gives you the registration document. In some office you need to get it signed and stamped from the manager. For this the officer will advise you where to go next.
Note that now renewal is done by replacing your old blue registration card with two smaller cards. One holds information about the ownership and the other has registration information. Normally outside traffic police office, there are office who would laminate both cards for protection.
Hope above helps.

Why not help rest of us, if you have recently renewed driving license. You may send us information in the manner it is given above. Thank you.

Trojan taps into London bombings
Less than a day after the
explosions in London, a Trojan horse has appeared that poses as news footage of the attacks, MessageLabs said Friday. The malicious code arrives in an e-mail with the subject line "TERROR HITS LONDON" that is designed to resemble a CNN newsletter, the e-mail security company said.
MessageLabs said that the e-mail asks the recipient to open the "attachments for unique amateur videoshots." When executed, the attachment copies itself to the user's system. It then attempts to obtain a list of the e-mail servers the machine has access to and starts to use these to send out spam, MessageLabs said. The e-mail is not widespread, and only a handful of copies of the e-mail were intercepted, a company representative said.

Acid Rain
A research by Ahmad Raza

Fruit requires less energy to be digested than any other food. Everything consumed by the human body eventually breaks down in the system and is transformed into glucose, fructose, amino acids etc. The brain cannot function on anything except glucose. Fruit is glucose in the body. Its digestion, absorption and assimilation requires only a short time, rather than to break down food like chicken, mutton etc. Other foods spend about 1-4 hours in the stomach! Fruits do not digest in the stomach. Most fruits are predigested except for bananas, dates and dried fruits. They pass through the stomach in twenty to thirty minutes as if going through a tunnel. They break down and release their life giving nutrients in the intestines.
What is correct eating of fruits? IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS! FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN IN AN EMPTY STOMACH. If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities. Fruit is the most important food. Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so. In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil. So please eat your fruits in an empty stomach or before your meals!

Allah Knows What is Best for Us
Hello folks…Comes the mid of July and the humid weather. Isn’t this all time sweating so irritating. Here you bath and next hour you again smell all over because of the sweat. But as all things have some good aspect to so do the sweat. Sweating is said to be good for health. But do take plenty of water to replenish the water loss due to extensive sweating.
Moving on to our topic for this time…Some times, in our life, we seem to find ourselves in situation where everything seems to be going against us. Perhaps school grades seem to fall inspite of the hard work, health problems seem to pop up, relationships with friends get strained, and just too many tensions build up because of so many other reasons. At such time, one may seem to be loosing all his morale.  These test times make us hopeless and we start complaining to our Sustainer.
Dear folks, Allah love us more than we can imagine. He does not want to hurt us. All these tests or hard times are actually indicators of good times to come.
Many a time things taken separately seem unpleasant but once they are put together, they turn out to be delighting. You all must have eaten cakes...and many times… Isn’t it one of our favorite snacks? Certainly, it is. So lets see what are the some of the ingredients that join together to form our all time favorite snack. Eggs, flour, baking powder, oil to name a few. Now how many of you will like to have a teaspoonful of oil? No. What about tasting some flour? No. Ok …What about few raw eggs? See … you all made yucky faces to each question. Each thing individually seems bad to taste. And once all these things are mixed together in right way and amount and then cooked…output is cake …every piece of which is enjoyed to the last bite.
Life works the same way. We complain to God why He makes us go through such bad times. Why He send difficult times to us. But God is all Knowing. He knows that all these things when put in order, always will work for good!
So trust Allah Almighty. Seek his forgiveness. Pray to him not to test us-the weak mortals. But if He sends you a test, endure it with patience and perseverance. Trust in Lord and all things that seem demoralizing will turn into something wonderful! Till next time,
Fe AmanAllah
