Muslim
scientists and scholars have contributed immensely to human
knowledge especially in the period between 8th and 14th
century CE. However, their contributions have been largely
ignored, forgotten or have gone un-acknowledged.
I would like to share my few collections through CP. So,
people can read fascinating accounts of some of the most
talented Muslim scholars in history whose contributions have
left lasting marks in the annals of science, astronomy,
medicine, surgery, engineering and philosophy.

What is
STRESS? |
Stress is the
"wear and tear" our bodies experience as we adjust to our
continually changing environment; it has physical and
emotional effects on us and can create positive or negative
feelings. As a positive influence, stress can help compel us
to action; it can result in a new awareness and an exciting
new perspective. As a negative influence, it can result in
feelings of distrust, rejection, anger, and depression, which
in turn can lead to health problems such as headaches, upset
stomach, rashes, insomnia, ulcers, high blood pressure, heart
disease, and stroke. With the death of a loved one, the birth
of a child, a job promotion, or a new relationship, we
experience stress as we readjust our lives. In so adjusting to
different circumstances, stress will help or hinder us
depending on how we react to it.

W32/Sobig.f@MM
VIRUS (High Risk) |
|
A new variant of W32/Sobig,
W32/Sobig.f@MM is a High Risk mass-mailing worm. It
arrives as an email attachment with a .pif or .scr
extension. When run, it infects the host computer,
then emails itself (using its own SMTP engine) to
harvested email addresses from the victim's machine.
In addition, when it propagates, the worm "spoofs" the
"from: field", using one of the harvested email
addresses. So exercise care when opening emails with
attachments. An infected email can come from addresses
you recognize. Because it sends so many emails, a worm
like Sobig also saps bandwidth and slows network
performance. Worse, it can also open up a user's
computer port, making it vulnerable to hackers, who
can plant dangerous Trojans. These malicious programs
often let unauthorized users remotely take over a
system, steal personal information or use the infected
PC to send spam.

OLIVE OIL |
The high quality
extra virgin olive oil utilized to produce GarLeO contains
polyphenols, tocopherols, antioxidants and Vitamins A, B, E
and K. As a mono- unsaturated fat, olive oil is considered
to be the "good" fat, which can protect against heart
disease and more. Numerous studies have focused on the
promising role olive oil plays in maintaining a healthy diet
and reducing the risk of heart disease. Olive oil has been
proven to decrease age-related mental declines and helps
rheumatoid arthritis. Adding olive oil and other
monounsaturated fats helps with cholesterol profiles. It
lowers bad cholesterol (LDL cholesterol) and raises good
cholesterol (HDL). Olive oil also thins your blood and may
reduce the incidence of developing breast cancer in women. A
tablespoon of olive oil contains 120 calories, 14 grams of
fat, and no cholesterol. Seventy seven percent (77%) of the
fat in olive oil is monounsaturated, and nine percent (9%)
is polyunsaturated fat; fourteen percent (14%) is
vegetable-derived saturated fat. Virgin olive oils also
contain the antioxidants beta-carotene and Vitamin E, as
well as the phenolic compounds tyrosol and hydroxytyrosol.
Olive oil contains no salt and is naturally cholesterol-free

We receive so many emails from
CP members and anonymous visitors from KSA about financial
help to assist them in various personal and family related
problems. Please note that we have a policy to
entertain such requests. Here are few points to share with our
brothers and sisters to make sure that rules are followed
before submitting requests.
1) All submitted requests are subject to physical verification
by our team members.
2) There are no exceptions / favors / Safarush / wasta. In
fact such requests are completely ignored. CP members are
welcomed to recommend a case and rest be assured that we will
process a request in the manner as our policy dictates.
3) We do not offer direct financial assistance to any member /
organization unless endorsed by local team and approved by
global team.
4) In most cases our help is limited to verification and
endorsement of a case. Our help is then limited to announcing
it to the community to offer direct help to needy.
5) Our role in all such cases remains to be a platform that
endorses genuine help requests and then it is entirely up to a
member to decide, should he or she would like to offer
financial help. We let our members to be the judge to their
decisions. We strongly believe that such cases should not be
public and no other person should know except the person who
is helping and the person who is being helped. Other reason is
that we like our members to make sure that their money is gone
to someone whom they believe to be the right case to get
financial help from them.
Do listen to us but decide yourself.
6) Where ever CP team members offer help, it comes from our
financial resources and no donation appeal is made to
any member across the globe.
We hope above clears confusion about our role in financial
help. We like our members to know that each help request
passes through extensive verification process before an appeal
is made to our members.
In any case no CP member or team
member is to be involved in collecting or giving away money.
Why to have screen savers of
others why not have your own country's beauties. Be proud to
show your country and help your country!

Thatta Sindh, Pakistan. The famous writer and poet
Farhat
Parveen hosted this ceremony. The most renowned writer and

prominent poets from Saudi Arabia like: Tariq Butt, Shahnawaz
Kamil, Dr. Tahir Adbi, Tanweer Ahmed Tanweer, Jawed Akhtar
Jawed and Imran Balkhi.
Farhat Parveen stated that Dr.Abid’s poetry is not the
description of flowers, birds or beautiful lady but it’s the
feelings of a poet in his life. Dr. Abid, recited many Ghazals
and Nazams from his book and in his presentation said that his
poetry reflects love and affection for his fellow beings and
the humanity at large. Unfolded his determination to uplift
the social and moral fabric and refine cultural tastes of the
community. He further stated that poetry is an effective
source of inspiration, guidance and literary enlightenment.
He further added that he has tried his best to combine
literature, human spirit and the feelings of belonging to each
other in his collection to enrich the Urdu poetry. Visiting
from Pakistan Professor Mashkoor Hussain Yaad said that Dr.
Abid is a physician by profession, but he wrote a very good
book specially covering poor people of the under-developing
countries. He found taunting on the people who do not fulfill
their promises like doctor says:
Kabhi zuban, kabhi apna bayan badle’ga
Tarah tarah sey mera bad’guman badle’ga
(The poet says that my enemy will not only change his
statements, commitments but harming me. The enemy will not
hesitate to change his style and behavior).

TEN
TIPS WHY SHOULD YOU DRINK MORE WATER
Every system in your body depends on water? You should make
drinking 8-10 glasses of water part of your daily routine.
1. Get healthy skin. Drinking water moisturizes your skin from
the inside out. Water is essential to maintaining elasticity
and suppleness and helps prevent dryness.
2. Lose weight. Increased water consumption can help you
control weight by preventing you from confusing hunger with
thirst. Water will also keep your body systems working
properly, including metabolism and digestion, and give you the
energy (and hydration) necessary for exercise.
3. Flush toxins. By helping to flush toxins, appropriate water
intake lessens the burden on your kidneys and liver.
4. Reduce your risk of a heart attack. Researchers have found
that people who drink more than five glasses of water a day
were less likely to die from a heart attack or heart disease
than those who drank fewer than two glasses a day.
5. Lubricate your joints and muscles. Water makes up a large
part of the fluid that lubricates and cushions your joints and
muscles. Drinking water before, during, and after exercise can
also help reduce muscle cramping and premature fatigue.
6. Stay regular. Water helps prevent constipation by adding
fluid to the colon and bulk to stools, making bowel movements
softer and easier to pass.
7. Stay hydrated, get energized, and be alert. On average,
most adults lose about 10 cups of fluid a day through
sweating, exhaling, urinating, and bowel movements. Even minor
dehydration can cause impaired concentration, headaches,
irritability, and fatigue.
8. Regulate your body temperature. Perspiration is your body's
natural mechanism to control body temperature. And to sweat,
you need plenty of water.
9. Reduce your risk of disease and infection Water can help
prevent kidney stones and reduce your chances of getting
bladder, kidney, and urinary tract infections. One study found
that women who drank more than five glasses of water a day had
a risk of colon cancer that was 45 percent less than those who
drank two or fewer glasses a day.
10. Get well. The traditional prescription to "drink plenty of
fluids" when you're sick still holds strong. Water can help
control a fever, replace lost fluids, and thin out mucus.
