What is the difference between Pakistani citizenship and Pakistani  naturalization. What rights does a naturalize Pakistani has in Pakistan. I

In Pakistan there is no distinction between naturalized citizen or an
ordinary citizen. There is no Pakistan Naturalization Act of 1926 as Pakistan was not in existence in 1926. You have misunderstood some thing
some where. ALL CITIZENS ARE PAKISTANI CITIZEN WITHOUT ANY DISTINCTION OF NATURALIZATION OR OTHERWISE.

GARLIC BREAD

- 1 French bread baguettes
- 1\2 cup butter
- 2-4 cloves minced garlic
- 1\4 cup powder Parmesan cheese
- 1\4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- butter for spreading
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1. Slice the French bread diagonally into 3/4 inch thick slices.
2. Place the butter, Parmesan cheese, salt, oregano and minced garlic in a bowl and mix with a spoon until smooth. 
3. Spread a thin layer of the butter on one side of the slice and a thick layer of garlic mixture on the other side.
4. Sprinkle mazzrolla cheese over the garlic mixture and  arrange the slices in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
5. Bake in a oven at 400F 200C) or mark 7 for 5-8 minutes or until edges turn brown. Turn on the top grill of the oven and grill for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly brown. This will make the bread more crispy.
6. Serve immediately as a side dish with Pizza and Spaghetti.
7.If you REALLY love garlic, you could use freshly minced garlic instead of garlic powder.

XP POWERTOYS
Microsoft recently released a free download for Windows XP called PowerToys.  These are a set of utilities and enhancements for Windows XP that add many new features and functions.  Seasoned Windows users swear by the PowerToys for past Windows versions, and this latest crop of toys will not disappoint them.  They are not officially supported by Microsoft, so they are install-at-your-own-risk. One of the PowerToys that you may find useful is the Webcam Timershot.  This toy allows you to use a webcam to snap (and save) pictures to a file at specified time intervals.  You can customize the name and location of the file, and whether that file is overwritten with the most recent snapshot.

Pak Embassy Begins Receiving Forms for New ID Cards
(CP, Riyadh)- The community welfare wing of the Pakistan embassy Riyadh has begun receiving completed forms from Pakistani expatriates in the Kingdom for the issuance of their new national identity cards for overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) under the program launched by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA). The Pakistan embassy in Riyadh is collecting these completed forms with SR57 for each person in lieu of $15 dollars. These forms will be later transmitted to Islamabad NADRA office for preparation of NICOP to be provided to the applicants. The form contains 26 clauses in Urdu and English. If English form is filled, there is no need for filling Urdu form, the embassy official said.

Al Rajhi Bank Officials hold Meeting with His Excellency Ambassador of Pakistan
(CP, Riyadh)- Sami Al Rajhi Manager Remittance Centers, Ghulam Sarwar Marketing Officer of Al Rajhi Banking & Inv: Corp: and Mehtab A. Bhatti Habib Bank Pakistan Representative (Central Region) called on Honorable Ambassador of Pakistan H.E Admiral (Rtd) Abdul Aziz Mirza. Sami Al Rajhi presented an Al Rajhi Bank souvenir on behalf of Al Rajhi Banking & Investment Corp: to H.E the Ambassador of Pakistan Admiral (Rtd) Abdul Aziz Mirza, and thanked him for kindness that enabled Al Rajhi Bank to keep its counter at Embassy of Pakistan premises. He added that, Saeed M. Al Ghamdi; DGM (Banking Group) has highly appreciated role of Embassy of Pakistan towards improvement of Home Remittances to Pakistan. He added, this counter is providing a hand on information for the Remittances to Pakistan and different brochures & leaflets are always available there for the ease & information of visiting Pakistani Expatriates. Sami Al Rajhi briefed H.E  that Al Rajhi Bank is providing efficient & Fast Service to its customers, and on the other hand Habib Bank Pakistan ensures timely delivery to the Beneficiaries. Sami Al Rajhi further told that ARABIC has started "Free Charge Service" with the help of Habib Bank Ltd. Pakistan for its Pakistani customers. This service is available for Electronic Transfers (SWIFT TRANSFERS) in Pakistani Rupees only, and any walk in customers can avail this facility from all the branches and centers of the bank. Admiral (Rtd) Abdul Aziz Mirza thanked Sami Al Rajhi and appreciated such efforts like "Free Charge Service" which he said will be helpful in more diverting the community to banking channel for sending money back home. 

Monthly NewsLetter PISR
(CP, Riyadh)- Following announcement has been made in the monthly news letter of Pakistan International School Riyadh.
On acceptance of resignation of Prof. Majid Hussain, Ex-Principal of the school, Mr. Fazal Wahid has assumed the charge as acting Principal.
First semester Examinations 2003 for the classes from KG to VII have been started.
Parents open day will be held on 13 June 2003 from 4.30 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. in the school Meena bazar scheduled to be held on 19 June 2003 has been canceled.
The school will remain close due to summer vacation from 28 June 2003 to 3 September 2003.  However the office will remain open during vacation from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
Classes for the students of XII will be started on 10 June 2003.
 Sultana Compound Double Wicket  Under 17 Cricket Tournament
A double wicket soft ball cricket tournament for Under 17 sponsored by Al Rabie was organized by Razaur Rahman and Ahmad Raja of Sultana Compound on 23^rd May.The socio sports gathering was at its best with encouragement and support for the participating players by their parents, children of all ages, ladies, and gents all applauded the teams during their matches. Highlighting the event Razaur Rahman said that in the day and night tournament there were 12 teams who participated, each team consisted of two players, the teams were divided into two groups and the matches were played on league basis. One team each securing maximum points from each group qualified for the final, from Group A Sultana Compound Green ( Emad and Sultan ) and from Group B Sultana Compound Red( Ahmad and Qasim) played final and after a tough competition the final match was won by Sultana Compound Green by a small margin. Each player of teams received medals from Mrs. Khalid Raja, Glittering golden trophies were given to the best batsman Ramikh Jaffery, best bowler to Emad Tareen, man of the match for final was Sultan, best all rounder Qasim and Ahmad Raja received for his outstanding performance.The runners up trophies were given by Shabaz Lateef to Ahmad and Qasim. Mrs. Raza and Mrs. Shabaz awarded the winners trophy to the winners of final Emad and  Sultan. Khalid Raja of MBR Est. was the chief guest and among the other guests were Farooq Tareen, Shabaz Lateef, Tariq Jaffery, Nadeem Awan, Khurram and Bilal. The chief guest Khalid Raja said that by watching the performance of the youth he was thrilled. He was also delighted to see a family sporting event where all age groups were at their best out from their daily routine.  He desired to have such sports outing especially for the kids to give healthy environment. The organizer Razaur Rahman who is also PRO in Riyadh Cricket Association thanked the sponsor and the guests for their support for the young Pakistanis. He appreciated the standard of discipline shown by each player during the matches and promised to arrange some other event soon.

 Reuters Saudi Limited bids farewell to Obaid
(CP) A farwell party was organized by Reuters Saudia Limited in Riyadh office on May 28, 2003. Mohammed Obaid (CP Team Member) who served Reuters for seven years. Earlier he worked for Cable & Wireless Saudi Limited [CWSAL] for 15 years making sure that Reuters and Telerate services are available to Saudi businesses without any problem.
Ronny Lidman, Business Manager for KSA, Bharain and Yeman appreciated his hard work during his period with Reuters. He said Obaid’s departure is not pleasant but the present Global economical situation forced Reuters for cost cutting. We wish Mohammad Obaid a good and happy prosperous future. Samer Habbal - Ex- Technical Manager for Reuters in Saudi Arabia also paid tribute to Obaid as he worked under his direction during his tenor. Obaid has expressed his mixed feeling while he is leaving Reuters Saudia Limited, In his final speech he thanked to all staff for their full co-operation during his stay with Reuters. At the end of the event Ronny Lidman presented a gift to Obaid and thanked him for his excellent service. He wished him all the best for his future job.

A holder of stock (a shareholder) has a claim on a part of the corporation's assets and earnings. Stocks are also known as Equities. The moment you bought a share of a particular company, and then you will start sharing its profit and loss.  So company's profit will be your profit and its loss will be your loss. These shares can only be traded in Stock markets through authorized stockbrokers. In Pakistan there are three stock markets: Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad where you can buy and sell shares. Shares prices are almost changing daily according to country's economical and political situation and company's performance itself. If you have interest then you can watch theses rates on Karachi Stock Exchange website www.kse.net.pk
The minimum investment requirement for a particular company is 500 or 100 shares depending upon its price.

       Mix milk in basen and make a paste. Massage your face with it for 5 minutes then wash the face.

      Mix one spoon of each Lemon juice, Rose water and Glycerin. Save it in a bottle. Apply it on your face daily before sleeping. Wash it in the morning.

Mourning for the river 

Let's face it: when it's 48c and humid outside, and you've been stuck in the car for six hours with three rowdy kids, one slobbering canine and a grouchy in-law, having working AC might just be the only thing that keeps you from that one-way ticket to the funny farm.
There's nothing to really maintain per se, on your air conditioning system. All you have to do is check to see that you're getting some cold air coming out of the vents when you turn your AC on. If your car is more than a couple of years old, it might be a good idea to ask your mechanic to check the compressor clutch. He can also check to make sure that the system is fully charged with refrigerant. The bottom line, though, is this: if you're getting cold air out of the vents, it's not worth messing with the AC at all.
If you think you could tough it out without the AC, remember this: a failing AC system can affect more than just the cool breeze blowing in your face. On many modern cars, the air conditioner's belt drives other things, too.
