Podinay Ki Chutney
Mint Chutney


- 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 3-4 green chillies, chopped
- 1clove of garlic finely chopped
- 2 whole red chilies
- salt to taste

- 1\2 tsp. chilli powder
- 3-4 tbsp. tamarind juice or juice of one lemon

Wash the mint, coriander and green chilie under cold running tap water and roughly chop them. Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and grind to a fine paste.
