Imli ki Chutney
Tamarind dip (2)

- 1/2 cup imli
- 2to3 green pepper
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 tsp black pepper(freshly crushed)
- 1/2 tsp zeera
- 1 small onion
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 bunch of cilantro
- 1/4 tsp sugar(not necessary)

1)Soak the imli for 15 min.in one cup of hot water.
2)When the imli turn soft,squeeze gently and then pour into strainer.
3)Collect the liquid only and pour into blender.
4)Then add all ingredients in it.
5)Turn the blender in medium speed and blend for 5 to 7 minutes.
It is now ready to be served with Nan. , Samoosa or Pakora.
