Aalloo Gosht
Potato with lamb


- 500g Bhuna Gosht
- 500g potatoes

- 2-3 tbsp. fresh coriander
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tsp garam masala





1. Peel  and cut the potatoes into large pieces. Then wash them with cold running water and place  them in a plenty of cold water.
2. Prepare Bhuna Gosht, add potatoes and cook for few minutes, stirring all the time. Add 3-4 cups of water and bring to boil. Reduce the heat to medium, cover the pot with a tight fitting lid. Cook for 20- 25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and about 2-3 cups gravy is left.
3. Sprinkle with finely chopped coriander,  green chilies and garam masala.      
4. Serve with Boiled rice, Nan, or Roti
