Lamb Stomach

- Ojri 1 medium sized
- salt to taste
- chillies 1 tsp.
- haldi 1/4 tsp
- maithi 2 tbsp.
- maithi seeds 1tbsp
- onion 1 medium sized
- oil

Clean the ojri thoroughly.
Fry onions in oil and then make masala by mixing salt, chillies and haldi
Now add some water and ojri cut in one inch pieces
Cook till the ojri turns tender
Now add maithi and maithi seeds and cook for another 5-10 minutes till the oil comes on the surface.
Sprinkle some garam masala.
