Namak Paray


-1/2 Kg White Flour (Maida)
-1 tsp Salt
-2 tsp White Zeera, slightly grinded
-1/2 tsp Baking Soda
-Oil to deep fry

1. Add all the ingredients and knead (with Water) to thick dough.
2. Let it set for 1/2 hour.
3. Roll the dough on a plain suface aand spread it around so that it makes one
thin layer.
4. Slice this layer in 3' x 1/2' rectangles
5. Fry in deep oil till they turn light brown.
6. Serve with tea as snack.
