1\2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1\2 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 carrot, shredded
- salt and pepper, optional
Combine cabbage and carrot in a bowl.
Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Stir with a wooden spoon to coat the
vegetables. Cover and chill before serving.
Can be made 1 day ahead. Keep refrigerated.
