Potato Minced Pie

Ingredients

- 1/2 kilo potato
- 1/2 kilo minced beef
-  1 large onion chopped
-  1 -2 tbsp chopped coriander
-  2 medium sized grated carrots
-  salt and pepper to taste.
-  grated cheese.

 1. Grate potato.
2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except cheese.
3. Put in shallow pie dish.
4. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a moderately hot oven for about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hour.
5. serve hot
