RIYADH, Dec. 5, 2000 – Arab National Bank (ANB) and KFSH & RC teams fought a thrilling battle, which ended in a tie (46-46) as the race for the crown continues in the Division V at the Fall Season 2000 Nike Riyadh Team Tennis League (RTTL).

In some of the interesting results, ANB lost the opening single and a double match but won the last two doubles to draw level. R. Camara lost to E. Serano 6-8. Camara then joining with D. Galang also lost to J. Grajeda and S. Wahab 7-8. Winning later on were, D. Pangilinan and R. Estares over Grajeda and Manny Lector 8-7. Estares and I. Lata beat R. Maborang and Y. Maborang 8-7.

Of the other action in the same division, KFH EAC II beat PNTT 43-31. R. Cayetano and M. Cellera overcame J. Carido and M. Carido 8-6. J. Zafires and V. Alvarez recorded an easy win over R. Camara and I. Lata 8-4. In the other encounter, SFHP I beat KFNGH ORR 42-40. Here, R. Soriano lost to J. Domiguez 7-8. C. Pancho and F. Basilio outplayed R. Hale and M. Duhale 8-2. N. Sanchez and F. Basilio overpowered M. Duhale and J. Bagasala 8-7.

In the top Division I, KFSH I won an easy victory over Synergy 52-29. S. Santos beat P. Petersen 8-6. In the doubles, J. Samia and Santos down T. Moafa and A. Ebreo 8-5. E. Cabilangan and G. Ege defeated A. Ebreo and B. Custumbrado 8-6.
