Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients


- 2 egg whites
- pinch salt
- 1\2 tsp. vanilla
- 2\3 cup sugar
- 1 1/3 cup flaked coconut

1. Beat egg whites and salt till soft peaks, gradually add sugar, and vanilla and beat to a stiff peaks.
2. Fold in coconut. Drop from a teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
3. Bake in a 325F oven for about 15-20 minutes. Cool for about 10 minutes.
4. Make about 20-24 cookies.
