Greek Salad  


- 1 small lettuce
3 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 125 g. stoned black olive
- 125 g. feta cheese
For Dressing:
- 8 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp. fresh oregano, chopped

1.Tear the lettuce leaves into large pieces. Cut the tomato into wedges. Half the cucumber lengthwise, then slice. Thinly sliced the onion. Cut the feta cheese into dice.
2. Put the lettuce leaves into a salad bowl. Add tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olive and feta cheese.
3.Whisk the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl or shake together in a screw top jar and pour over the salad. Toss lightly
and serve immediately.
