Shrimp Salad  


- 6 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 6 tbsp. single cream
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 350 g. cooked prawn
- 1 small lettuce, shredded
- lemon slices and mint spring to garnish

1. Put the mayonnaise in a small bowl with single cream and lemon juice and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Add prawns and stir well to coat the prawn with mayonnaise mixture.
3. Line a salad bowl with shredded lettuce leaves. Spoon shrimp mixture over the top. Garnish with lemon slices and mint spring.
